    Since argon is a naturally occurring inert gas that makes up 100% of the atmosphere, it has no greenhouse effect and no potential to deplete the ozone layer. It is colorless, odorless, flavorless, non-conductive, and chemically inert.

    Argon gas can put out high-temperature fires because it is heavier than air. Applications include class B liquid fires, automobile engine test cells, and subfloor protection. An argon fire extinguisher system can put out fires caused by acetone, aviation gas, methanol, or toluene.

    Naturally occurring in the atmosphere, argon and nitrogen combine to form ARGONITE, an inert gas mixture. It has outstanding environmental qualities with zero ODP, zero GWP, and zero atmospheric lifetime.The oxygen level will drop to 12.5% in 60 seconds at a normal design concentration of 40%. Compared to chemical agents, inert gas storage cylinders demand more space. The cylinders are arranged in rows and can be kept anywhere that works, even more than a hundred meters from the protected area.
